Inbound
The Inbound section is where you manage every shipment headed to the warehouse. Whether you are sending in products for Amazon FBA, fulfilling merchant orders yourself, routing through a two-step process, or shipping via Walmart or Shopify, this is the starting point for getting your inventory into the system and ready for processing.
Fulfillment Types
Every inbound order is created under one of six fulfillment types. Your choice determines which fields appear on the form and how the warehouse processes the units once they arrive, so pick the right one up front.

| FBA | Inventory destined for Fulfillment by Amazon. | You can upload Amazon Transparency codes on the order, and warehouse staff print them during receiving. |
| FBM | Fulfilled by Merchant orders that ship from the warehouse to the customer. | If your Amazon account is connected, FBM orders sync in automatically -- you do not create these by hand. |
| Two-step | Inventory that is received and prepped, then forwarded on to a final destination. | This is the only type where you attach the outbound shipping label yourself. Marketplace fields such as ASIN and Amazon SKU are hidden. |
| Manual | Anything that does not fit a marketplace workflow, where you want full control over the shipment. | No integration or automated syncing is involved. |
| WFS | Walmart Fulfillment Services orders. | The Walmart equivalent of FBA -- the warehouse preps and forwards units to Walmart's fulfillment centers. |
| Shopify | Orders fulfilled through your Shopify store. | Connects to your Shopify account for fulfillment. Amazon-specific fields such as ASIN are hidden. |
Page Controls
The inbound page is for viewing your inbound orders. The work of creating and editing them happens in the drawers and modals these controls open.
New Inbound Shipment opens the form for creating an order by hand. See Create a Shipment.
Upload CSV opens the bulk-import drawer, where you download a template, fill it in, and upload it. See Upload CSV.
Column Order lets you rearrange which columns appear in the table and in what order -- useful if you want supplier or ASIN front and centre for quick scanning.
Export opens a modal where you pick a date range and the specific columns you want, then downloads the result as a CSV. Because you choose the columns each time, an export is not a drop-in template for re-uploading.
