Inventory

Your central hub for managing all inventory currently stored at the warehouse. Items arrive here after being successfully checked in from the Received page. Once units are verified and logged, they appear in this table where you can search, filter, sort, select, and take action on them.

Key Controls

The inventory page gives you a powerful set of controls to find exactly the units you need and act on them quickly.

Search bar -- Type a SKU, ASIN, product title, or any keyword to instantly filter the table down to matching rows. This is the fastest way to locate specific items when you know what you are looking for.

Fulfillment type filter -- Use this dropdown to narrow the view to a specific fulfillment type (for example, FBA, FBM, Two-step, Manual, WFS, or Shopify). This is especially helpful when you are preparing shipments or running audits for a single channel.

Sortable table headers -- Click any column header to sort the table ascending or descending by that field. Sorting by quantity, date received, or SKU can help you spot patterns and prioritize work.

Column order customization -- Open the column order dropdown to rearrange which columns appear and in what order. Tailor the view to the data points that matter most for your workflow.

Bulk row selection -- Use the checkboxes on the left side of the table to select one or many rows at once. Bulk selection is the starting point for every request action, export, and edit operation described below.

Top Action Buttons

Along the top of the inventory table you will find the controls for acting on your units.

My Labels -- Opens the Labels Management panel where you can upload, view, and delete shipping labels. Labels you upload here are available to attach when you request a shipment from the warehouse.

Reconcile Inventory -- Opens the FBM reconciliation tool, which compares your dashboard quantities against what Amazon Seller Central reports. See Reconciling FBM Inventory below.

Request Actions -- The dropdown where you initiate every request type. Select one or more inventory rows first, then choose the action you need. It contains six options: Shipment, CSV Shipment, Shipping Details, Pictures, Disposal, and Dispose Damaged.

Export -- Opens a modal where you choose a date range and the columns you want, then downloads the result as a CSV. Use exports for reconciliation, team sharing, or offline analysis.

Edit -- Select rows and click Edit to open the Bulk Edit panel, which updates shared fields across all selected rows in one operation. The button stays disabled until you have selected at least one row.

Reconciling FBM Inventory

Reconcile Inventory is a quick way to check that your FBM listings on Amazon are in sync with the quantities held at the warehouse. If Seller Central thinks you have stock you do not actually have, you oversell; if it thinks you have none when you do, you lose sales. This tool surfaces those gaps before they cause problems.

It is a viewing tool only. Nothing here changes a quantity, on the dashboard or on Amazon. It reports what it finds so you can go and investigate.

Running a reconciliation

  1. Click Reconcile Inventory and choose FBM.
  2. On the intro screen, click Start reconciliation. The check runs across all your warehouses and takes a few seconds.
  3. Review the results.

Reading the results

Results are grouped into tabs, each showing a count:

TabWhat it means
All SKUsEvery SKU that was checked.
MatchedDashboard quantity agrees with Amazon. Nothing to do.
DiscrepanciesThe two quantities disagree. These are the ones worth investigating.
Not foundThe SKU could not be matched on Amazon, or Amazon did not return data for it.
FBA SKUsThe SKU is an FBA listing, so it is outside the scope of an FBM reconciliation.

Each row shows the Amazon SKU and ASIN, the Dashboard quantity (sellable units), the Amazon quantity, and a short message explaining the result. Where Amazon reports problems with the listing itself, a View Amazon listing issues link expands to show them -- useful when a SKU shows as not found because the listing is suppressed or has an error against it.

If you find a discrepancy you cannot explain, raise it through Tickets rather than trying to correct it here.

Request Actions Overview

Request Actions are how you communicate instructions to the warehouse for specific inventory units. Each action creates a trackable request that you can monitor from the Requested page.

Request a Shipment

Use Request a Shipment when you are ready to have the warehouse ship inventory out. You will specify quantities, choose a shipping method, and attach labels if required. This is how you ship Manual, FBA, and WFS inventory. You do not request FBM shipments here -- those sync in automatically from Amazon.

Request Shipping Details

Use Request Shipping Details when you need the warehouse to provide packaging information such as dimensions and weight for specific items. This is useful when listing new products or updating shipping profiles in your selling channels.

Request Pictures

Use Request Pictures to ask the warehouse to photograph specific inventory items. You can include instructions about angles, labels, or damage areas you want documented. This is helpful for quality checks, listing images, or dispute resolution.

Request Disposal

Use Request Disposal to have the warehouse discard regular, undamaged inventory -- expired stock, unsellable items, or anything no longer worth the cost of storage. You set the quantity to dispose on each row yourself. Set quantities carefully, because disposal is not reversible.

Request Damaged Disposal

Use Dispose Damaged when the units you want gone are ones the warehouse has already recorded as damaged. This is a separate action from ordinary disposal and works differently: rather than typing a quantity, the request covers all eligible damaged units on the rows you selected, and the quantities are filled in for you and cannot be edited. Eligible means damage records that are still unresolved and are not already attached to a shipment. See Request Disposal for the full walkthrough of both flows.

Additional Tools

Beyond request actions, the inventory page connects to two other important management features.

Bulk Edit lets you update metadata fields across multiple selected rows at once, which is far more efficient than editing items one by one.

Labels Management gives you a dedicated space to upload, organize, and select the shipping labels that the warehouse applies to your outbound packages.

Tracking Your Requests

Every request you submit from the inventory page is tracked on the Requested page. You can check the status of shipments, detail requests, picture requests, and disposal requests at any time. This ensures full visibility into what the warehouse is working on and what has been completed.
