Outbound

The Outbound page is where you find all shipment records for orders that have been shipped out by the warehouse. Once a shipment request has been fulfilled and is on its way, it moves here from the Requested Shipments page so you can access shipping details and tracking information.

Viewing your shipments

The page displays all of your outbound shipments that have been shipped by the warehouse. Each row represents a completed shipment with key details visible at a glance. You can search by shipment ID or name to quickly locate a specific record, and use the sort controls to organize the list by date or other criteria.

Clicking on any shipment row opens the full shipment details, where you can see exactly what was included, the destination, shipping method, tracking numbers, and any notes from the warehouse. This detail view is your go-to resource when you need to look up specifics about a particular shipment or when a customer or partner asks about a delivery. If a shipment was split across multiple packages, each tracking number appears in the shipment's detail view.

How shipments get here

The flow from request to outbound follows a clear path. It starts when you select items on your Inventory page and use the Request a Shipment action to create a shipment request. That request then appears on the Requested Shipments page, where you can track its progress as the warehouse picks, packs, and prepares the order.

Once the warehouse has shipped the order and it is on its way, the record moves from Requested to this Outbound page. At that point, tracking numbers are assigned and the shipment is considered complete from the warehouse side. You can then use the tracking information here to monitor delivery progress through the carrier.

In summary, the full lifecycle looks like this: Inventory (select items and request shipment) then Requested (track while warehouse processes) then Outbound (shipped, with tracking available). This three-step flow gives you visibility into every stage of the shipping process.
